Herrera is our #10!

Louis van Gaal felt Ander Herrera improved after switching to No.10 in Manchester United's "relatively easy" 4-0 win at Club Brugge. Hearing that was music to my ears coming from the United boss. After a quite disastrous first half I thought, as many of did that he wouldn't take the field in the second half. He looked over eager and rushed his passes, got himself booked and actually gave it away more than anything else. The difference though was in the second half he played as a No.10. And the boy put up his hand for more regular first team minutes. He was superb not just in setting up Rooney's hat-trick goal and he scored with sublime composure showed once again that he deserves to start more. I remember his first outing in a Manchester United jumper a Man of the Match performance in the USA in pre-season last season. Back then I knew little to nothing about him and since then he has made a positive influence every time he plays and even scores a few.
